Jobs and offers
Create a job for a patient, choose a nurse from your team, and send the offer. She sees the visit days, times and the agreed amount per visit before she says yes. She accepts with “Accept and confirm” and her finger signature.
Proof of visit
Your nurse checks in and checks out on her phone. You see the time and the place. The visit record cannot be changed later.
Find nurses
Approved nurses post the area, day and time they are free on the availability board. You send a contact request. She decides. Her phone and email stay private until she says yes.
Private chat
One-to-one and group chats with your office team and your nurses. Messages, photos and files are encrypted.
Documents and forms
Job documents in one place. Share your blank forms with your nurses, and download ProfMed’s forms.
Your way of working
Add your own visit types. Give each office person the right level: Administrator, Manager or Office staff.
