Who we are
ProfMed Services is a California company for all outpatient services. We built one secure place where outpatient care agencies – home health, hospice and more – nurses and therapists, and local partner businesses work together.
Agencies send jobs to approved nurses. Nurses choose their jobs and record every visit from their phone. Partners show their services to agencies near them. ProfMed checks every nurse and every business before they join.
Our story
ProfMed Services is a family business. John Vakunts and his wife, Alla Petrosian, have worked in home health and hospice care. Every day they saw the same problems: finding the right professional on time, close to the patient; language barriers between staff and families; nurses too busy to take one more visit; and agencies that need much more than nurses – therapists, aides and doctors too.
They built ProfMed Services to solve these problems in one simple, safe place.
